Batch LDN needed a tailored email strategy that would resonate with both their male and female customers without alienating either group. They sought a solution that would allow them to deliver personalised content right from the first interaction, improving customer engagement and brand loyalty.

We implemented a Zero Party Data strategy to gather insightful customer information directly from website users. By creating a segmented email welcome flow, we tailored content specifically for men and women, ensuring each customer received relevant and engaging emails from the start. This personalised approach not only enhances the customer experience but also significantly boosts email open and click-through rates.

The Outcome

Whilst testing and iteration continues for Batch LDN feedback on the designs and flow from co-founder, Julian has been well received.
